I’ve attended two weekend workshops over the last 4 weeks and both workshops I’ve felt so proud of myself for having organised my kai (food) before leaving home. The last workshop I even took my tins of milk powder and hot chocolate as I was going to be away overnight.
My latest buzz food is Grape, Mesclun, Capsicum, Red Onion, Cheese, Aioli and either Ham or Chicken wrapped up in a large Pita. Would ideally love to add Avocado and probably will do when they come down in price. So each day of both workshops I set about packing my lunchbox (a plastic ice cream container) with the fruits and veges and bottle of Aioli etc, refilled my 1.5L water bottle and then headed off to learn what I needed. So damn impressed with myself.
